It was the best I’ve ever had! The food was hot and fresh and delicious, no line (because we arrived so early) and so healthy. Oh, there were some deep-fried dishes, but things were steamed or baked. I love Dim Sum! I even bought a cookbook, half Chinese, half English, all about how to cook Dim Sum. Last Saturday, Mark and I made chicken livers, which I know sound, er, iffy… But were actually tender and delicious!
